hi i'm 22 and it's been 3 days that left side of my neck under jaw i feel that my lymph node hurt but i don't have sore throat or any cold symptoms. i only feel pain when i touch or move my neck in some position?

: You could watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

Reactive nodes: With a respiratory infection, usually viral, the lymph nodes will become reactive to produce the blood cells needed to fight the infection. It means your body's defenses are acting properly. This can be tender nodes, swollen nodes or both.

my lymph nodes hurt. they are not swollen just hurt. neck, armpit, chest, groin. all periodically. i have had bloodwork and x-rays no lymphoma. idea?

See your doctor: Blood work and x--rays do not exclude the possibility of lymphoma. But if the nodes are not enlarged, lymphoma is extremely unlikely. Viral infections such as mono may lead to tender nodes. Discuss it further with your health care provider.

have an abscess tooth, on day 3 of antibiotic and yesterday my lymph node started to hurt on that side really bad 
but gums seem to be doing better. ?

See dentist: Sounds like the infection may be spreading to the lymph nodes. Contact the prescribing dentist today to discuss.

i shaved groin area and 2-3 days later the hair began to grow and i got a few pimples that formed and my lymph nodes are swollen and hurt help plz???

Folliculitis: Sounds like folliculitis, and infection of hair follicles.  You can get ingrown hairs which need to be carefully removed, and using proper antiseptic technique to avoid worsening infection.  This can become a more serious infection if it spreads or involves a bad bacteria.  You should get that checked out as you might need antibiotics.  Lymph nodes can get swollen pretty easily though.

i have been diagnosed with bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. but my inguinal lymph nodes do not hurt at all? does this diagnosis sound right?

Need work-up: Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathies-mean-you have lymph nodes enlargement that are located on both groins area. Now, it is not a diagnosis-it is just a sign/clinical finding. Diagnosis still has to be made. There are different things that can cause above finding- inflammation, autoimmune problem, infection, malignancy etc. Please go to see your md for eval- ie-blood work, imaging, biopsy etc.

insides of both cheeks are puffy and raw along the lines where my upper and lower teeth meet, and my lymph nodes under my jaw hurt. what could it be?

Teeth grinding?: Some people grind teeth at night. You may be biting inside of cheek. Local injury can cause lymph nodes to enlarge. You might be damaging salivary duct inside cheek, leading to enlargement of the submandibular salivary gland. See a doctor. A dentist, oral surgeon or ENT would be the experts in that area.

i have a bump on the outside of my vagina. like a bart cyst or ingrown hair. can that make my lymph nodes in my groin hurt? cause i'm having pain ther

Yes: The bump could be either an infected bartholin cyst or a fulliculitis ( based on the size and location). In either case the infection cause reaction in the local lymph nodes in the groin and makes them tender and enlarged. If it continues more than 2-3 days or got worse ( more pain, discharge, fever) I would recommend to see a doctor, otherwise warm compress can help.

i have a sore throat and feels like a lump in neck my lymph nodes are swollen and hurt to the touch theres a large mass of bumps it hurts to swallow?

Exam-now: this sounds like a serious throat and lymph node infection. I suggest IMMEDIATE medication examination, throat culture and therapy.

Lymph node: We all have lymph nodes. They can swell in response to inflammation or infection. Swollen nodes may or may not be uncomfortable with pressure. If you have chronically enlarged nodes that would warrant evaluation.
