A member asked:

Insides of both cheeks are puffy and raw along the lines where my upper and lower teeth meet, and my lymph nodes under my jaw hurt. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Teeth grinding?: Some people grind teeth at night. You may be biting inside of cheek. Local injury can cause lymph nodes to enlarge. You might be damaging salivary duct inside cheek, leading to enlargement of the submandibular salivary gland. See a doctor. A dentist, oral surgeon or ENT would be the experts in that area.
