Dysgammaglobunemia: You may deficiency of more than one class of igg deficiency,  but will have normal CD4 count.

metamyelocytes:	3%
myelocytes:	4%
wbc: 5.8
what does this mean and is this something i should be concerned with?

Clinical context: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you were not being treated with chemo, it would not have been of concern.

: I am not sure if the numbers are correctly written down (percentage and absolute numbers). Most often, immature granulocytes are increased in a serious bacterial infection. However, 0.6% is not considered to be of significance. Treatment with corticosteroids can also increase immature granulocytes.

Forgive my frankness: We want to be sure, first and foremost, that this is not leukemia. There are many other possibilities.

white blood cell bands increased for the last 3 months. it was 8, then 10, now 12. i haven't had fever or infection. could this mean cancer is back?

Need more info: Not likely to have recurrence based on your band count.  Since you have had no fever or evidence of infection, you hopefully have had a good careful physical exam.  The band count without the white count also is difficult to interpret.  Please see you physician and put your mind at ease.  Best of luck.
