Tired achy legs: You should see a physician (p) the most important disease you want to diagnose is peripheral artery disease (pad). It occurs in people your age and is found most commonly in smokers and diabetics. If you have leg pain at rest near your feet, see a p and have a test called an arterial profile done. If the results are in line with pad, get referred for an angiogram to diagnose pad and treat it.

Legs: Details, please. Age, medical conditions- varicose veins, hypertension diabetes, smoker, evidence peripheral vascular disease, cholesterol problems. See what i mean. But simple approaches1. Try support hose. Elevate legs above heart w legs straight at 45 degrees for 20 min. Add colored berries- at least cup/ wk. Ie blueberries, cherries, strawberries. These have flavanoids for health vessels.

RLS: Restless leg syndrome impedes deep and refreshing sleep.  People with this problem commonly have daytime fatigue due to loss of sleep.  See a doctor and receive a diagnosis; then you can be given medication to forestall these symptoms.

How much sleep do you get per night?

If you have constant tingling in your legs, it may not be related to your tiredness--you need to see your physician.  Good luck.

Possibility: Hi, even if you do not *feel* depressed you could still have other symptoms including fatigue, loss of energy, loss of interest in pleasurable activities, weight gain/loss, sleep disturbance. You might get an evaluation from a psychologist. Also, i suggest you get a full physical to rule out other medical causes. Be well, .

Leg pain: Would follow up with ER/ urgent care today. Maybe just viral  infection with, pleurodynia( inflammation of lung lining) , or mycoplasma  respiratory  infection which can cause malaise,  UTI vs vaginitis,  or rarely autoimmune disease, or clot ( having it in  both legs is rare) possible associated pericarditis( coxsackie) cariomyopathy,or  rheumatic fever, kawasaki disease. f/u/ today,

Tired: you need to see your primary care physician for a check up.  If you are heavy you need to lose some weight.  you might also need to walk more.
First see your physician for some labs and check the circulation in your legs.

Need medical eval: The problems you report require medical evaluation.  There are several possible causes that may need to be sorted out.  A common cause could be thyroid problems.

Vitamin d: does not have anything to do with how you feel in general.  Additional testing should include a complete blood count and thyroid function (if not already done).  Provided these numbers are ok, your symptoms could be a result of chronic fatigue syndrome
