Possibility: Hi, even if you do not *feel* depressed you could still have other symptoms including fatigue, loss of energy, loss of interest in pleasurable activities, weight gain/loss, sleep disturbance. Deficiency: There are some things that can cause fatigue. Chronic fatigue syndrome, problems with your thyroid, deficiencies in vitamins or minerals. See a physician who can do a proper work up to find out if there is underlying issue. Exercise, get a regular schedule, have daily goals and force yourself to achieve those goals. Good luck.
