Many possible answer: Looking at your past history and current medications it doesn't appear that you are being treated for your reported grand mal seizures. Furthermore you're taking a muscle relaxant in Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) which can cause excessive sedation. The history provided certainly could be consistent with restless leg syndrome. A sleep study would be helpful to answer your question. I wish you well.
