Leg pain: Would follow up with ER/ urgent care today. Maybe just viral infection with, pleurodynia( inflammation of lung lining) , or mycoplasma respiratory infection which can cause malaise, UTI vs vaginitis, or rarely autoimmune disease, or clot ( having it in both legs is rare) possible associated pericarditis( coxsackie) cariomyopathy,or rheumatic fever, kawasaki disease. f/u/ today,
