"Narrowness": of the knee joints usually indicate osteoarthritis cartilage LOSS. There is treatment, steroid injections, Visco supplementation by injection and finally total or partial knee replacement. 
You need to discuss these options with your Orthopedist!

what are the risks? 
i need to done one on both knees - mri showed that my knee cartilage is not smooth & that theres a tendon which is sharp headed and causing pain & inflammation)

Knee arthroscopy: Risk from knee arthroscopy is 5% and serious risk from knee arthroscopy is less than 1%.
 Complications include the following:  swelling, stiffness, progression of cartilage damage, infection, blood clot.

Creaking tendons: Most of the time the sounds are coming from tendons that are sliding over edges of bone. If you are growing this should get better as your tendons tighten up. I would not worry about it. See your dr. If there is pain.

Anterior knee pain: You have classic symptoms of anterior (front) of the knee pain, AKA, patellofemoral syndrome. Common in young, active females. Not serious and usually not a surgical problem, but can be slow to improve. Recommend initial eval by orthopedic surgeon, trial of physical therapy, bracing, anti-inflammatory, and activity modification.

why do both knees hips and ankles hurt severely ? i can barely walk , use stairs or get up out of seats . my shoulders and elbows are starting to hurt now because i am basically pushing myself up out of seats?

Knee pain: You could have a soft tissue injury that the X-ray did not pick up.  See an orthopedist.  Good luck and feel better.

Contusion: Did the scraps heal. The swelling in you knee may be a contusion.You can apply ice for the first 24 hours. If infection or fracture is a concern see a doctor.

Cartilage torn again: If you are feeling generally unwell- fever, sweats, rigors etc then you need to seek urgent care as this could be an infected joint.

If you are otherwise well and only the knee is sore then most likely you have got another torn meniscal cartilage.  If your previous cartilage was repaired they can fail late.  You can also get degenerative changes(arthritis) that can lead to cartilage tears

Posterior knee pain: I believe you might have Arthritis as the pain in Arthritis gets worse after long period of inactivity with cold and also activity, the other reasons for the pain in back of the knee are: Baker cyst: inflammation of Popliteal Bursa,
injury to the knee cartilage, injury to the muscle of the back of thigh (hamstring muscles). Please see your provider for a good knee exam or possible Xray.

i have had xrays on my left knee to see what is wrong with it due to it being swollen and hurting back in july. i was diagnosed with have patella in both knees. after physical therapy, my swelling went down - but now its back when i am moving a lot. it doesnt hurt but there is a lot of fluid on the knee and it seems to go away when i work out. but swells when im doing daily activities: walking, etc. wondering if i need to go back to the doctor or continue pt exercises
