Too soon to know: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

See ID specialist: There may be several reasons that the staph infection returns - 1) that the bacteria is resistant to the antibiotics given (particularly true with methicillin resistant staph aureus - also known as mrsa); 2) that there is an underlying site or foreign body that is causing the infection to return after antibiotics are done; or 3) have an underlying immune defect (for example, job syndrome).

: Yes, possible as natural immunity has been described where in rare cases individuals are exposed, but do not catch the infection or others that are exposed, develop the infection with no signs of infection and they have a protective antibody titer if checked.

They are available: Both blood and skin tests for a variety of allergies are available. The ones for foods are more likely to be something you can control. If airborne allergies like dust are involved it is hard to control, but may help you. Allergy shots as given in some places in the world are not considered worthwhile in infancy. Many insurers in the US do not even cover testing until 4 and above.

Patience: Especially if they are in day care, it is very common for infants to "catch every bug that goes around".  This will pass as their immune system becomes more developed.  As long as they are growing and developing normally, i would not be concerned, but if you have concerns, bring them up at your next office visit.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.  A gastroenterologist may be helpful if by "sick" you mean nausea.

Ans: Remember with intercourse the ph of the vaginal canal is changed. You need to have very good hygiene after intercourse. Also remember to get your pap exam. This allows the doctor to check the vaginal canal and cervix and make sure there is no discharge like yeast etc...

It's time to see a primary care doctor, and describe to the doctor what symptoms are there.  One can help by making a symptom diary, writing down on a calendar sheet each day what symptoms are occurring, and whether or not they are related to activities, foods, medicines, etc...
