my pelvis/lower abdomen pain 2 months after a c-section. feels like cramps?

Pain post c/s: Would follow up with your Ob. Are you having fever? discharge?Burning with urination? difficulty with bowel movements? difficulty with sex? Could be a number of causes like post -op infection(uterus/vaginal), urinary tract infection, constipation or what is known as adhesions - after surgery there is scarring and it can cause pain sometimes.

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

All these: Symptoms are non-specific: they could be related to ovulation or 100 other things. What we'd need to know: when did your last period start, and how regular are your cycles?

See your md: Whike this sounds very much like constipation, the warmth is not typical and could be an indication of an infectious or inflammatory process that requires addition evaluation by a physician with possible diagnostic imaging.

i have history of kidney stone havent had one in years. i developed urge to urinate often, and after i pee i still want to pee. i have some sharp cramps on and off middle pelvis, flank, lower back but mild. kidney sand? interstitial cystitis?

Urination pain, urge: Interstitial cystitis is the most likely explanation, but see your gyn for a clean catch urine specimen and culture.  Inflammation of the urethra will also cause burning and a urinary tract infection will cause pain in mid-pelvis, lower back.

Bowel concerns: Yes, this is possible; it is pretty easy for a human colon to retain feces and not fully evacuate; we easily accumulate dried concretions of feces; best remedy: alter diet to higher fiber - aim for 25-30 gm per day; bran, whole grain oat meal, apple with skin; pear with skin; peach and apricot with skin; grape nuts cereal; prune, prune juice; be active; walk twice daily; drink water;

No : Severe pain in the lower right abdomen is concerning for appendicitis. If your pain is so bad that it hurts to even roll over you need prompt evaluation. If you have fever, nausea or vomiting you need to be seen in the ER
