Pompholyx: You most likely have pompholyx, a common type of eczema affecting hands, fingers, and sometimes feet, also known as dyshidrotic eczema. The cause is not known, but may be related to problems with sweating. It can get infected by bacteria and get aggravated by contact with irritants such as water, soaps and detergents. You need to be evaluated by a physician with a good history and exam.

You may have: You may have lamellar dyshidrosis but it could be dermatitis or psoriasis or even something else. Please see your dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options.

Probably fungal rash: Two common rashes in the genital area are caused by fungus, one is the same fungus that causes athletes foot, and the other is Candida.  Both respond well to OTC clotrimazole or miconazole cream or spray, but need to be used consistently.  Cleanse the area regularly and keep it dry, using powder if necessary, as fungi love warm moint skin. If there is no response, be sure to get an exam.

Rash: This sounds like a form of eczema that may result from irritation in the sweat glands, called dyshdrotic eczema.  The can become infected with bacteria or fungal infections. Stronger cortisone creams, obtained by prescription, along with appropriate medications for infection will be offered when you see your physician.

Pompholyx?: If these are mostly on your palms, and you're living where the weather's starting to get warmer, my first guess is pompholyx / dyshidrotic eczema. Your physician can advise you about how to manage this common and annoying problem, or you can read up and if this is what you have, you can try self-treatment / over-the-counter rx first.

husband has bubble type small itchy rash on back of both hands, i think it may be from excessive hand washing and use of alcohol from this pandemic, what can he do to get rid of it?

: The treatment will really depend on the cause. If the rash is due to dry skin from alcohol-based hand sanitizer, using a mild soap, applying lotion often and avoiding the hand sanitizer should allow the hands to heal. However, if that does not solve the problem, he should have his doctor examine his hands so that a diagnosis can be made and treatment initiated. Good luck to both of you!

That's a new one: black lines? the only thing i can think of is that you are scratching and those lines are actually blood under the skin where you scratched. Really need to see dermatologist

Hard to tell: Try topical hydrocortisone cream. If the problem keeps on returning, then will need to consider the presence of a contact dermatitis.   It is impossible at this time to make a diagnosis however based on the brief description.

taking sulfamethoxazole for cellulitis on my leg but now i've been getting tiny really itchy hives on my hands.  am i allergic and what should i do?

Possible: Although I expect an allergic reaction to sulfa to be more generalized, you should stop taking the medication and ask your doctor to prescribe a substitute just in case.
