Probably fungal rash: Two common rashes in the genital area are caused by fungus, one is the same fungus that causes athletes foot, and the other is Candida. Both respond well to OTC clotrimazole or miconazole cream or spray, but need to be used consistently. Cleanse the area regularly and keep it dry, using powder if necessary, as fungi love warm moint skin. If there is no response, be sure to get an exam.
