Persistent fever: The key question is whether there are any other symptoms besides fever. In general fever lasting a month should be evaluated. Consider (beyond the usual infections) mononucleosis, lyme disease, hiv, certain fungal infections (histoplasmosis, coccioidomycosis), lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, medication reaction, tumors (like lymphoma, leukemia), hyperthyroidism, and autoimmune disorders.

my son had fever with sore throat for 3 days,his blood test showed elevated wbc 17000, esr 52,  crp 150. is this normal especially that he is ok now ?

Sore : Sore throat is a fairly common symptom associated with many illnesses. Most of the time it resolves on its own without any other issues. Occasionally it can be due to something more serious that needs treatment. Without examining you myself and sending tests, i cannot tell you what you have.  Reasons to seek care again are:

- any fever - since it could be strep and you can't tell without an exam/testing - were you tested for strep? 
- if it lasts longer than 3 or 4 days 
- any difficulty opening your mouth 
- unable to swallow 
- severe pain 
- bleeding in the throat 
- redness or swelling on the outside of the neck 
- any difficulty breathing or noisy breathing

9 days is a long time to have a sore throat and sometimes as the illness goes along, clues as to what is causing your pain can become more apparent.  Give your doctor another call or consider seeing an ear, nose and throat specialist.
In the meantime, taking Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for pain, drinking plenty of fluids such as hot tea/broth or cold liquids and a spoonful of honey can help.

Probably related: If you felt unwell this am with a sore throat and had blood testing done for this, and now have a fever later in the day, the fever may represent your body's response to an infection.

See your doctor: Acute lyme disease can present with those symptoms and the rash like you described.  You should see your physician for appropriate testing and medication.

i have le fraumeni syndrome which means at a high rick for cancer. should i wait to do biopsy on t4 thyroid nodule. and recheck in 6 months. blood test normal. cea is at 24. feels like something is in throat when swallow, horse a lot, sore throat?

: The threshold for biopsy a TR4 nodule is size of 15 mm or bigger. Thyroid cancer is not among the core cancers in patient with Li-Fraumeni syndrome so if your thyroid nodule size is less than 15 mm you can wait as advised by your doctor.

Not thyroid: The thyroid is lower, not high under the chin. High dhea-s can indicate polycystic ovarian syndrome, in which the ovaries produce too much male hormone. The bump might be a lymph node, cyst, or other problem. If it persists, please see your doctor.

Viral process: Likely viral inflammation in the airway  with  some  blood flecks. You should see a physician and have a x-ray . You may need cough rx, anti-inflammatory therapy and possible antibiotics. If blood in sputum persists a bronchoscopy  and chest ct may be necessary.
