More info needed: Although it may sound like a sprain, answers to questions such as; Was there any injury to that part of body? Are there any bruises to the area, redness or swelling? Does it hurt more when you press on it? and Does she have fever or any other symptom?, may provide more clues.

A-C Joint? : If a young person were to have shoulder pain with pain lying on shoulder at night &amp; weakness with lifting &amp; a &quot;popping&quot; sound; then consideration might be for A-C, acromioclavicular, separation. Has there been a traumatic injury or fall onto shoulder? Skateboarding? See an Osteopath or Physiatrist. A-C joint X-ray films standing upright with &amp; without weights might be needed; as well as an MRI.

i am having this tingling and burning sensation in my right thumb, plus muscle spasms on my upper arm and shoulder in same right arm probably out my constant daily push ups. the thumb tingling and burning sensation is a little more constant now?

: You likely have developed peripheral nerve problem and would wonder about carpal tunnel syndrome.  Since this could also involve brachial plexus, neck, and other areas, it is most efficient to see your doctor, get examined, and decide if an EMG test might be the next step.

my daughter is 9 years old and developing breast. she keeps complaining about a burning sensation in her left breast. this happens once every other week. is this normal?

Young but not abnorm: Normal puberty can begin anywhere from 10 to 14, and involves some breast discomfort as the tissue grows and glands enlarge. 9 is a bit young but is becoming more common. Talk to your Pediatrician at her next well child check to discuss this issue. Take the time to explain what is happening to her and what to expect (menses). Have age appropriate supplies and be sure she knows how to use them.

See doctor: This could be a sign of a neck (spine) problem or a shoulder problem.  Physical examination and possibly some tests are necessary to sort this out.

Likely viral: they sound like cold sores. If she bites her lips, that could be the cause. If she wears braces, that could be the reason. 
She should see her doc for a personal visual inspection. If it's bleeding, she should go to the ER.

Diabetes?: Diabetes is a possibility, especially if he has lost weight and has increased thirst.  There are other possibilities, so have him seen by his paediatrician.  And good on you to be observant and to have thought of a possible cause.

Parasthesias: can be from many causes but in general it is not normal.  If your symptoms persist or worsen I advise seeing a doctor - possibly a neurologist who will help you get to the bottom of this problkem

Nevertheless, for validation I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for proper evaluation and advice. Any appropriate tests will be ordered.
