Parasthesias: can be from many causes but in general it is not normal. If your symptoms persist or worsen I advise seeing a doctor - possibly a neurologist who will help you get to the bottom of this problkem

Burning shoulder: Could be neuropathy from nerve compression in spine, check c spine and thoracic spine films for evidence of osteoarthritis, proof is on MRI. Could be muscular.,Also Check TSH , B12 and check for diabetes, as cause neuropathy rarely neurologic disorder like MS but usually that is one sided not bilateral , and vascular lesions (aneurysmal dilitation) carotid,veterbral and autoimmune disease

?notalgia: A rather infrequent entity called "notalgia paresthetica" could be the reason, and this could be simply treated with conservative measures. However, might consider a neck or brachial plexus lesion and perhaps an exam by your doctor will clarify.
