Foot spasm: or twitching can simply be a sign of a nerve impingement. This can stem from a higher nerve area such as L5, which innervates the middle arch area as well as the 4th toe.  Typically, patients notice the lumbar spinal nerve injuries at night while lying flat.  This may also simply be incidental. I would check with your provider for a proper exam, diagnosis and treatment if needed!

Foot numb: May take 4 to 6 weeks to resolve . Recommend ice and antinflammmatory .  Also avoid compression on area.

See orthopedist: It sounds like a soft tissue injury, such as a meniscal tear or ligament sprain or tear.  You need to be examined to determine if you have something serious.

Tendonitis: Along the posterior aspect of your medial malleolus is a tendon that helps support your arch. It is called the posterior tibial tendon. When you have excess weight on your left foot due right knee pain you may be stressing this tendon. You can try super feet arch supports first then see foot doctor.

Stress: I am not sure of your weight or habits.  The bottom of your feet have a spring like ligament that springs your foot up after pressing it down when walking.  This sometimes is strained too much.  Wt loss and arch supports are the first line of treatment.

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis, or arch ligament strain is a common cause of arch pain. What you are describing is called "poststatic dyskinesia", a hallmark of plantar fasciitis. Sometimes other causes for this can exist, so see a podiatrist for more information and treatment.

Foot Deformity: He needs to be seen by a podiatrist or foot doctor. After exam. And measurements he might order some shoe inserts, advise about type of shoe, etc.

i have pain from the ball of my foot into my arch really hurts. i am a dancer so i am doing a ton with my feet. i just was wondering like what it could be?

See below: Possibly plantar fasciitis or bursitis/bone bruise. Try ice and rest. If not helpful, see Podiatrist for examination and x-rays.
