long list : Of possibilities.  Need more details such as duration, time of onset, any particular time of day, any factors that relieve or aggravate.  Start with a complete physical and blood tests if you have not had one recently.

Vision issues: Ocular migraines/headaches are common.  Eye strain may often caue headaches.  Try tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the head ache, but you should start evaluating the underlying issue by first getting a good eye exam.  Best wishes.
