Sinusitis: Sounds like typical sinus infection. While the majority of sinus infections is viral in nature and is usually self limited, there may be some caused by bacteria that will not go away easily. If your symptoms continue for 10-14 days and are associated with fever, yellow/green nasal drainage and pain, especially with tilting head down, you want to see your doctor.

Various possib's: This depends on the source; if symptoms are from the skin or muscle or from the frontal sinus area. Also, some headache ; inflammatory condition varieties can present with similar symptoms.  Can try a cool compress for starters but if symptoms persist, best to see your md.

C your pediatrician: Also eyebrow hair does fall out when you pull on it (tweeze it). If not when tweezing, I'd suggest not pulling on it for now, as a temporary solution until you have it checked out by your doctor. Make sure your thyroid is checked too, as often eyebrow hair loss in the outer 1/3 can be seen with hypothyroidism. Your doctor will have more answers after seeing and examining you.

Meningismus: Head ache and a stiff neck can mean irritation or inflammation of the coverings of the brain and spinal cord.  I recommend you have an evaluation and possible lumbar puncture if CT/MRI of the brain has cleared you for the procedure.  Imaging is very helpful in this circumstance

Possible infection: This could be an infection, bacterial is probably most common, but viral or fungal infection also possible.

Possible zoster: These are the early symptoms of Herpes Zoster - also known as shingles.  You should see your family doctor or a dermatologist right away because if this is true, miserable long term symptoms can be attenuated.

Trigeminal Neuralgia: This could be trigeminal neuralgia if it involves the middle third of your face and feels like an electric shock that can be triggered by touching certain areas of the face. Otherwise it could be inflammation or a local infection. It would be wise to see a doctor and make sure its not a trigeminal neuralgia. Hard to say what else it could be without more details and an exam.

i hit my head on a window frame. i hit the temple, left side, above the back of my cheekbone and at level with my eyebrow. it hurts when i add pressure to it and it hurts when i chew. i don't have a headache yet. what should i do?

Ice + pain meds: Sounds like you are sore where you got hit.  Take some analgesia and ice may help.  If symptoms persist or change or your teeth do not feel right when you close your mouth you may need an xray.

i woke up with my entire scalp hurting esp. when i touch it. also, anything that causes my scalp skin to move like raising my eyebrows makes it hurt?

Facial pain: Facial pain syndromes can occur when nerves to the face or scalp become inflamed, possibly due to a virus.  Probably a good idea to be seen for this if not going away with motrin.

i have got a massive cystic pimple in my eyebrow, it really hurts and seems to be becoming bigger. is there anything i could do about it at home?

My sympathies: Pimples are no fun where ever they appear.  The brow is a bit sensitive and a pimple there will be more uncomfortable.  Try using local heat by putting a washcloth under very warm, (not hot) water and laying it over the brow 4-5 times per day for 4 minutes at a time.   It might need to be opened in some way - start by asking your parents to help.
