Sinusitis: Sounds like typical sinus infection. While the majority of sinus infections is viral in nature and is usually self limited, there may be some caused by bacteria that will not go away easily. If your symptoms continue for 10-14 days and are associated with fever, yellow/green nasal drainage and pain, especially with tilting head down, you want to see your doctor.
