my ear is hurting bad n it is swollen using q tips. how do i stop the pain?

See a doctor: It sounds like you have an ear infection, most likely otitis externa (infection of the ear canal). If your ear has a lot of wax in it, it needs to be cleaned out and q tips may make it worse- don't use q tips for this!
you can try topical hydrogen peroxide which may soften the wax and even help the infection, but for best results please see a doctor for evaluation and treatment.

It could be infectio: The Concha has cartilage in it which makes it very painful if it is inflamed and looks red.
If you see swelling and redness  on your ear, you need to see a physician who can examine you to make a proper evaluataion and offer you treatment if the pain is more than mild. Otherwise you can wait and watch for a couple of days...it may resolve itself provided it is not infected/inflamed.

Visine: Visine is meant to sooth your eyes and not take away pain. It will unlikely help your ear pain. If at all possible, have your ear examined to determine the cause of the pain. Auralgan (benzocaine and antipyrine) drops may help temporarily. All the best.

i accidentally put ear drops in my eye and now my ear is hurting. what can i do? i have put water in my eye and also a cold rag. i am scare that my eye can be damage?

: What kind of ear drops. If after washing out your eyes with water, you still have discomfort, redness, or swelling, go to the nearest emergency room. Have a friend drive you or call an ambulance. It is unlikely that there will be permanent damage.

? Broken nose: If you got punched hard in the nose, i would be concerned for a nasal bone fracture. You should have this checked out. Given your headache and ear pain, i would recommend seeing your doctor as soon as possible or even going to the emergency room to have them evaluate.

Tumor unlikely: Otalgia or ear ache is almost never a brain symptom.  The fact that you are recovering from a sinusitis which is usually viral and you are dizzy, sounds like the viral infection has found the middle ear and inner ear.  See an ENT doctor for a specific diagnosis and treatment.

Multiple things.: Could be a pierced tympanic membrane from a qtip maybe or it could be an infection even or  foreign body. You should see your provider to have your ear checked and an appropriate physical exam.
