my daughter is at 6 weeks age now. do i need to take care her breast lump? if yes, how can i do that?

Leave it alone: Baby was exposed to the hormones that maintained pregnancy but these were also partly removed by the placenta. After delivery both males &amp; females can have breast tissue enlarge for a few months until the hormone disappears with time. Please don't manipulate /squeeze the nipple. Babes can make milk but if you open the lacteals germs can get in and abscess/destroy the sensitive tissue.

Abscess or cyst: There could be an abscess , pus collection, or a  cyst or  fluid collection or mastitis or an infection of your breast gland get this checked out with your primary file need an ultrasound to determine if you need something to be drained or biopsied. Do not ignore this. You may also need antibiotics. Good luck.

Puberty: Pubertal gynecomastia may effect the majority of males as the begin their pubertal transition. Most are minimal and last 6m to a year, but occasional longer episodes do occur (1-3yr) spongy glandular tissue directly under the nipple defines the process.

The nipple discharge sounds benign and may not even be related to the breast lump you feel  All breast lumps need to be evaluated by a doctor &amp; appropriate testing to tell what you may have.

Yes, but not likely: Men do have breast glands and they may fill out during puberty. They can also enlarge if you take certain medicines. If you do not see it shrink in the next week or two. Get checked by surgeon.

debridement done oct 2019, right breast, lump under breast, non cancerous. lump came up twice after that. small outer lump remained which i thought was a stitch, pressed on it and white stuff came out, now have 2 small open holes on side of nipple?

See your Surgeon: Sounds like you might have a wound infection or cyst. Contact your surgeon immediately for follow up. They can evaluate the incision site and determine what further treatment is necessary.
