when i bend over, the lower part of spine sticks out. not the spine but there are two "muscles" along the spine that pop out? what is going on?

Normal curvature: The normal curvature of the spine allows the lower part to stick out when you bend.  That is the lumbar spine.  The thoracic spine do not since the have ribs attached.  Your doctor evaluates you as you are growing to evaluate you for sciolosis.  If you are concerned see him/her.

good morning, i am female, 59, 5'1 and 1/2" tall, i have a 35 % curve in my lower spine, i have one child.  my question is how much should i weigh?

Muscular or not...: A woman weighs around 100 pounds at 5 feet, with 5 added pounds for each inch above 5 feet. Thus, at 5 feet 2 inches, she would be around 110 pounds. If she is muscular, she can weigh more. After having a child, she might weigh a bit more temporarily. After menopause she might weigh a bit more too, but can usually aim for the 110-125 pound range.

: You have identified why you have the spine changes so correct the sitting posture and probably learn regular spine exercises that would balance the muscles and may help correct the spine deformity. Dimple: A dimple on the spine area is common considering how the body develops embryologically.  If this is on the lower spine it could be a pylonidal cyst.  Those can get infected and need treatment.  Double check with your doctor.

Time: If the pain has progressed beyond a few weeks then a visit to your pcp is needed.  Time and modification of daily activity is the best first treatment.  If still hurting after a few weeks then physical therapy, chiropractic care and massage can also help.  Otc pain meds are usually adequate.  If conservative care is not effective then imaging with a MRI scan could help identify a source.

Not sure which: dimples you refer to, but anyone skinny, whether male of female will have a noticable sulcus (or you may call it dimple) at the region of their sacroiliac joint -- the sacral sulcus -- as the posterior iliac crest protrudes more posterior than the sacrum, which results in the sulcus, but it is present in everyone -- you only visually notice it if the individual is skinny/slim.

Either you are very: Thin or you may have a spine deformity such as a scoliosis which can look more pronounced when bending  forward which is a way scoliosis screening is often conducted.
