See your doc now.: Pain down a leg, swelling and pain in the calf, pain so severe that it impairs gait and can barely walk--something serious is going on. Could be severe lumbar spine, hip or knee disorder, clot in a leg vein (thrombophlebitis), a dissecting popliteal cyst in back of knee, or a dissecting artey in your leg. Get to the doc, now.

You : You probably sustained a strain or a tear in one of your calf muscle or tendon (or the musculo-tendinous junction.  I would highly recommend that you see a specialist to provide a proper diagnosis and plan of care.  Rehab of these type of injuries is of a great importance relating to a healthy and proper return to play.

Possible : Dvt if back of leg is extremely swollen or very painful. Though at your age it's a slight chance but if symptoms increase get it checked asap.

See physician ASAP : Several things could cause that including acute ischemia or blockage in arteries, rupture baker cyst, acute neuritis , DVT , rupture tendon .. See a physician asap.
