Possible : Dvt if back of leg is extremely swollen or very painful. Though at your age it's a slight chance but if symptoms increase get it checked asap.

See your doctor: A swollen calf can either be muscular or vascular in origin. A clot or deep venous thrombosis is something that should be evaluated right away. If your calf is swollen, tender when you squeeze it and perhaps warmer than the other one, then you should see someone sooner rather than later. In the meantime take an Aspirin three times a day, wrap the calf in an ace and try to stay off of it.
