See your doctor because of the side effects being caused by the adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). You may have to have your dosage regulated or go to a different drug.

: Short course of antibiotics is treatment of choice for utis which in South Africa likely requires prescription.. Also drink lots of water which will help to flush out some of bacteria causing the infection.

UTI: First thing that comes to mind is a urinary tract infection. Check with your doctor. Will probably get a urinalysis and then antibiotics if the test suggests an infection. Urine culture may also be done from the urine specimen.

Get tested: Make sure your doctor sent a urinalysis along with a urine culture and that you know which bacteria is being treated with the antibiotic, as well as making sure that the bacteria is actually sensitive to the antibiotic you are taking. Sometimes bacteria are resistant to specific antibiotics. You should also be tested for STDs to be complete since UTIs in men are more rare.

Classically, : Classically, the symptoms of a urinary tract infection involve burning with urination, needing to go frequently and feeling an "urgency" when you have to go.  That being said, this is the most common presentation, but everyone is different and not everyone will have the same symptoms.  Also, if you just started having symptoms, the burning is usually the first symptom to appear.  Your best bet is to be seen by your doctor.  They will be able to test your urine to see if you have an infection.  If you do not have a urinary tract infection, they may be able to tell what else is going on to cause your discomfort. why come when i have a full bladder i get a werid deep itchy feeling that burns if scratch it over my pubic bone? could hernia produce these syntopms

No: No the itchy feeling caused by the skin and pubic hai in the area that might been aggravated by stretching of the skin that was caused by a full bladder. If you do not shave ,shave that area first and the apply first hydrocortisone cream and after few days alternating it with skin lotion. Not better see your doctor
