my armpits frequently get red, raw and very sore. i tale showers a lot, wash very well, this happens whether i wear deoderent or not. its a big problem?

Fungal infection: You likely have either 'athlete's foot' (tinea pedis), 'jock itch' (tinea cruris) or both. Basically, those areas can serve as reservoirs for the fungus and you need to treat all three areas at the same time until after appears resolved. If not improving after 10-14 days, need checked by your dr to be sure is not anything else.

could it be cancer? breasts have itched for 6 months, had a rash on left 3 weeks ago, raw/red nipples on both 12/25, now both armpits and breast hurt.

Time to see doctor: Breast pain, nipple inflammation, breast firmness or lump, etc..., found in a woman's breast in her late 30's should be examined by her primary care doctor. If cancer is suspected, special studies can be done. If the problem is found not to be cancer (such as a benign nipple or breast skin problem), her doctor can offer advice and treatment too.

Treatment review: In general such problems require keep area clean and dry, gp should take samples to confirm its a fungal infection  (which is less common than bacterial). Treatment needs to be changed accordingly.

: Impossible to say without Dr seeing what they actually look like but some possibilities are: bacterial infection like folliculitis (treated with oral antibiotic)/yeast or fungal infection (treated with topical cream)/ irritation from deodorant or chemical ( treated with topical steroid). Best to see Dr to be sure but can try no deodorant/ hydrocortisone cream/anti fungal cream for few days

Breast swelling : Go to you doctor today or urgent  care today may be mastitis, infection for which you need antibiotics   or  rarely  Pagets disease of the breast

Irritant Derm: i would use some over the counter hydrocortisone 1% mixed with a gentle moisturizer like cerave or aquaphor twice daily until healed

got a very painful, bump/cyst-like thing in my armpit. can see a bit of redness, less than size of dime.  what could it be & how do i treat? hurts!

Most common: cause for such lump in armpit is a plugges SEBACEOUS CYST.  This may require opening and drainage by a surgeon (although most family physicians perfrom such surgery) In the meantime HOT WET PACKS (or lying back in a hot tub) may encourage opening and draining "on its own".
