am i a good candidate for areola reduction? pregnancy made my breasts increase so much that my areolas are too big. even though i want to get pregnant again in the future, can i get areola reduction now?

Assuming : Assuming that a large areola is your only concern, yes, you could have those reduced.  I do not know whether your breast is stretched and sagging from pregnancy and would benefit from a lift, and whether your breast is deflated and would benefit from an implant, but if your only problem is related to the areolar size, then you could have them reduced and some periareolar scars would result...Although they usually are satisfactory in appearance.  However, if you are planning on a future pregnancy, we cannot predict what alterations in your breast may occur, and if there is additional stretching of the areola, you might require a revision following pregnancy.

my areolas get big and my breast become a bit low is it because of everytime being massage and sucked when having sex? other than pregnancy. pls help.

Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes can cause some fluctuation in the breasts throughout the month. Weight changes as well. Sexually activity will not cause a long term change in the breast. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

Possibly: If it is both breasts, i wouldn't worry, but if it is only one breast, see your doctor for evaluation.

GYN MD visit needed: The first thing to do is to do a pregnancy test. If that is negative, then see a GYN MD as there are multiple causes for irregular periods.

Variation: You can schedule a visit to show your doctor what you are seeing and they can help determine if anything abnormal is happening. Slight variation from one side to the other is fairly typical.

i also advise you take a purified fish oil rich in dha, which often helps dry skin and is very important for development of your baby's eyes and nervous system.

Anytime you like: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

: Darkened areolas occurs in the first trimester, and get darker and larger in the second and third trimester. These changes are from hormonal changes.

Naturally darker: The areolar skin is naturally darker than your surrounding skin as you get older during your adolescent years. It also thicken along with your niple skin--i believe it is a natural progression because of preparation for breastfeeding (to cope with the trauma of sucking from the baby).  This process intensify during pregnancy--even darker and thicker skin. I hope that answers your question.
