Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes can cause some fluctuation in the breasts throughout the month. Weight changes as well. Sexually activity will not cause a long term change in the breast. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
