Go to the ER Now!: These are concerning symptoms!  I am worried about menigitis, based the symptoms.  Meningitis is life treatening. 
Seek medical help asap!

my two year old son seems to have a stiff neck, no fever presently and although he is not lethargic, he doesn't seem himself. could this be serious?

Stiff neck: He may have a wry neck from sleeping in a wrong position. If it doesn't clear up in a day or two, consult your pediatrician another possibility are swollen lymph nodes following an upper respiratory infection.

If your daughter has: A stiff neck & is truly lethargic (not just listless), is not taking fluids well & has  fever & chills, by all means go to a pediatric er ( not a quick-care clinic) now, as these may be signs & symptoms of meningitis.

my 2 year old has 104 temp under arm and very lethargic, no other symptoms however, and doctor checked ears nose and lungs. what could cause this?

104 temp: If your 2 year old has received all of their meningitis immunizations that should make bacterial blood infection less likely, but baby girls with very high fever sometimes have urinary infections so a urine test would be helpful. If your child does not look better after giving fever reducer then a blood test might also be necessary. When did your dr. Check your child?

can lazy eye be completely cured? i've heard that lazy eye can't be cured, only improved. is that true? my 2-year-old son was just diagnosed with it, and his doctor said that as long as he wears his patch and glasses, he should be cured within a few month

"Lazy : "lazy eye" tends to mean different things to different people.  If you mean amblyopia (which is what it sounds like), it means that the brain begins favoring one eye over the other (or possibly even rejecting both eyes) and the wiring between the eye and the brain doesn't form properly.  If the cause is addressed early in life like prescribing glasses, doing eye muscle surgery or removing cataracts, there is a greater chance of vision returning. Patching the good eye forces the child to look out of the "bad eye" so it helps lays down that wiring.  Once the child is 8 or so, there is much less flexibility and the damage is already done.

a 2 years old boy has symptoms that include intussusepcion, haemolatic anaemia, ongoing fevers, lethargy, siezure, jaundice and vomiting. doctors can'tdiagnose. any ideas?

See below: Has anyone looked into genetic diseases of metabolism?  If not, ask about these.  There are many metabolic disorders that can eventually lead to other physical manifestations like seizures, vomiting, jaundice, bowel disorders, etc.  By 2 years of age.  Good luck!

Lethargic : Unresponsive and lethargic are the symptoms which means immediate evaluation with a pediatrician .

Not particularly: It likely represents a mild viral infection that was less intense because the kid was partially immune due to a similar past infection. Feed him applesauce, bananas and breads &amp; he should firm up over time.

Not teething: A temperature that high is not due to teething. It it's more likely due to a viral illness. Your child sounds fairly sick. With those symptoms for four days, you need to take him to see a doctor asap.

my 2yr old has had a runny nose x3days... the drainage is clear. doctor says viral. now he has fever/sore throat/vomiting/lethargy.  is it bacterial?

Probably not: Clear mucus is not a typical finding in bacterial infection. The symptoms are more suggestive of a viral illness. If the fever persists see your doctor.
