what is a "prominent air-filled bowel loop"? i had a ultrasound done on my abdomen and these were my results. it's located in the left upper quadrant.

Likely normal thing: Ultrasound waves run very well through fluid and solid parts of the body and very poorly through air and bones.
The comment that you have posted likely indicates that pictures taken with the Ultrasound was not as good as you would expect due to prominent air filled bowel loop.

had an orchipexy done 2 months ago and now they are tender and get a sharp shooting pain up my right side inguinal to my lower right quadrant, help?

See your surgeon: You need to check with your surgeon ,to find out why you are having this kind of pain, and check about the viability of your testicles, after the surgery,
You are 20 years old, so did you have a torsion or you had undescended testicles for the orchiopexy.
You need to have evaluation yearly with a urologist without any exception, because you are a high risk for testicular cancer.

im just getting off 4 days of diaherrea. however im still having some uncomfortability in my abdomen, mostly my right quadrant of my abdomen and some back pain. stools are loose/diaherrea so i think its done now, but just wondering if normal. thx?

Pain in the side!: Ruq pain can come from a variety of different sources. Gall bladder is a common source however but one of many possibilities. Xray surely isnt going to decipher if the pain is gallbladder related. Ultimately you would need to get an ultrasound of your gallbladder. Other things that can cause RUQ pain include, pleurisity, trauma, hepatitis, musculoskeletal.

Waterpick -LANAP use: The purpose of lanap is to heal the periodontal pockets. Disruption of the clot formed by the laser is detrimental to long term healing. Therefore, the best you can do is let the area heal without disturbing it for the first few weeks. I don't suggest that therapy until the gingival fibers are matured and well-established.

Abdominal pain?: I assume you mean rlq abdominal pain.  Appendicitis would be high on my list (also your ovary if you are a female).  Start by seeing your pcp.
