Pain in the side!: Ruq pain can come from a variety of different sources. Gall bladder is a common source however but one of many possibilities. Xray surely isnt going to decipher if the pain is gallbladder related. Ultimately you would need to get an ultrasound of your gallbladder. Other things that can cause RUQ pain include, pleurisity, trauma, hepatitis, musculoskeletal.
