All NSAIDS: Celebrex and acroxia are more similar since they are cox-2 inhibitors.  Mobic (meloxicam) can also block cox-2 at low dose.  Ultimately they are all the same.

take baclofen 20mg 3x daily. would taking magnesium be an issue as it helps with muscle relaxation, but as i understand the ability to relax when asked to, not so much acting as a muscle relaxer. concerened about the combo causing muscle weakness.?

: High dose baclofen, especially in a pump, can cause muscle weakness, and individual tolerance to high dose oral meds could also do this.  Magnesium is not a problem and has some cardiac benefit but does not really have muscle relaxant action.  Can check your serum magnesium levels and judge whether you might need supplementation.

: The best test is an antibody test using blood from a vein, not from a finger stick. A 90 day window should be used for a follow up test for the best results.

: If the HIV RNA and 4th gen tests were negative, at 9 months after exposure, you did not get HIV from that exposure. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor.
