Exam needed: Swelling and pain behind the ear may be from an inflamed lymph node,infected cyst or infected  ingrown hair. A physician would have to examine you for diagnosis  and treatment. Generalized muscular pain would appear to be a separate issue such as autoimmune disease, neurological or muscle disorders and a rheumatologist is best to evaluate your symptoms. Appropriate testing will be done.

Depends: Toradol injections either IV or intramuscular can be helpful for pain most likely musculoskeletal abnormalities. It is still a potent anti-inflammatory and needs to be used carefully in patients with kidney, gastrointestinal, or cardiovascular abnormalities. You mentioned specific areas and Toradol should not be injected into a joint for example. Good luck

i have a twinge like pain that keeps coming back in my left pelvic area. i can recreate the pain if i push down and i feel small lumps. muscular pain?

Doctor can check: It can be hard to describe exactly where one's pain is, how the lumps feel, and where the lumps are. Some people who feel lumps inside the left lower abdomen (not in the groin, which would likely be lymph nodes) are feeling poop lumps inside the large intestine. If so, after pooping everything out (taking a laxative if needed), the lumps should be gone. A doctor can evaluate, if the lumps remain.

i have left side in lung pain.and it's on lower side of lung..is this muscular pain?i am doing a gym regularly so any effect of it..

Can be: You can strain muscles around chest asymmetrically and these muscles are used to move rib cage for breathing. If reduce exercise for few days and pain lessens than that is answer. If continues should see physician for further workup.

can someone please tell me the symptoms of an enlarged spleen? my left side ribs directly under my left chest muscle have been hurting me very badly for 3 weeks now. i have been an avid weightlifter for 28 years. maybe its muscular pain? thank you.

There  may be no pai: There usually is no pain from an enlarged  spleen - unless it is injured or ruptured.  A CT of the chest and abdomen should answer  your inquiry

i have been suffering with server pain on my left arm, i have been to many doctors who have said it is a muscular pain.

the pain has increased to my back, neck, shoulder and under my left breast, it has now been 2 months and i seem to be nauseous?

Left arm pain ?'s: Pain in the left arm now increased to affect your "back, neck and shoulder" may be due to a tumor in or near the brachial plexus , so ask your physician for an MRI of your left shoulder area to be certain.  The nausea does not fit the symptoms, so let your physician know to look into other causality for this symptom.

i came back from an 8-hour flight 2 weeks ago, a month after we took our departing flight of 8 hours. my left leg (thigh and calf) hurt but d-dimer is negative. no swelling, no warmth, etc. i have two small bruises. could this be dvt? muscular pain?

: I consider you at high risk for a DVT and I don't think a negative d dimer is adequate to exclude one. I strongly recommend an ultrasound study of your legs for reassurance in view of leg pain following a long flight.

Low back pain: Most likely you are experiencing musculoskeletal strain in your lower back.  Applying a heating pad to your back may be of benefit.  Also, taking Ibuprofen or Naproxen for a short time may be beneficial.  I discourage lifting objects over 20 pounds.  If your symptoms persist or worsen after a couple of weeks, i would recommend that you see your primary care physician or neurologist.

Musculoskeletal?: First, a very detailed history is necessary to help decipher whether this is musculoskeletal pain or not. Abdominal issues are considerations as well. The central and outer abdominal muscles, the rectus abdominis, obliques, are at the location of your pain. An inguinal hernia or a sport hernia are other thoughts.
