Musculoskeletal?: First, a very detailed history is necessary to help decipher whether this is musculoskeletal pain or not. Abdominal issues are considerations as well. The central and outer abdominal muscles, the rectus abdominis, obliques, are at the location of your pain. An inguinal hernia or a sport hernia are other thoughts.
