good day, i have lump under my left armpit, think it went into muscle. i have applied hot cloth, muscle pain ointment, drank pain tablets, but not going away.  it has been there for about +/-4 weeks.  it is very soar now when i lift my arm or sleep.

due to side stretching my neck to a bit, i got sprain in my right side of neck. i don't feel pain but i feel tickling or tight sensation on the scm muscle for 2 days. i applied pain killer ointments but it's ok in morning but i feel it again randomly?

OK to try: Any topical treatment at the pharmacy is fine to try, such as tiger balm or aspercreme or capsaicin cream or Icy Hot.  It won't hurt to try any of those unless you have an allergy or skin sensitivity to them.  I would also try ice/heat as well as gentle stretching.

Topical analgesics: Most common one is bengay cream or any other one has salicylate or other anti inflammatory medicine like diclofonate. Keep neck warm at all times.

my anal fissure is healed (dr. said it's healed now) but the sphincter muscle is too tight that i cannot apply ointments and even sometimes i get spasms. how to relax it? i'm already doing sitz bath and applying gtn. what else should i do now?

Sure: Muscle and calf discomfort is normal a week after acl surgery, esp. If you are using crutches and not fully weight bearing on the operative side.Pain creams may be of some limited help.Best of luck!

Sure: If you're planning to build muscle, try for 1 gram of lean protein per pound that you weigh now. You needn't eat a whole lot more and you can stay semi-hungry much of the day just as you perhaps do already. This would be a great gift for yourself. Best wishes.

No it is not true: Gaining muscle mass is generally a function of resistance in terms of weight lifting which is a function of technique,  amount of weight, the isolation of a specific muscle or muscle group as well as number of repetitions  as well as sets  of a specific exercise.  You may want to see a trainer for a specific program as you want to protect against injury and do this correctly.
