: The interpretation is nonspecific and nondiagnostic.  Clinical correlation with your doctor is key.  Possible reasons for the lesions include smoking, migraine, prior head injuries, demyelinating disorders, small blood vessel disease, congenital issues, use of various recreational drugs, etc.  Perhaps you can discuss the MRI with the radiologist?

Yes: Any inflammation in the area drained by a lymph node can lead to enlargement of the node. It may take weeks to months for the lymph node to subside after successful treatment of the infection.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: You are quite young so I wonder why you had the MRI of the liver done. Even a radiologist needs a clinical clue (the reason why MRI was ordered) when reading the MRI so if the radiologist did not find any suspected lesion, you should not worry much. I, of course, can't tell you much with this non-specific finding but I doubt its significance.

2) CBD=Common Bile Duct a duct which goes from Liver to intestine 2.9 mm --- Normal
3) Foci lower pole (Kidney) May be kidney stone or mass (tumor). Need radiologist to clarify, Probably stone
