Risks with multiples: Twin, triplet, and higher-order pregnancies are higher risk for both mom and babies. Risks include preterm labor/delivery, pre-eclampsia, uneven distribution of bloodflow & nutrients to babies, diabetes and other health problems for mom, and identicals or babies who share a sac can even get tangled up. Multiple pregnancies should be closely monitored by a high-risk OB specialist.

Ultrasound? : Have you had a sonogram? If not discuss with your doctor. This is a very easy mystery to solve with an ultrasound. Assuming there is one baby only it is important to measure the growth of the baby and confirm that all is normal.

No: It is not normal to get diabetes from multiple pregnancies.  Pregnancy does not cause diabetes unless you become progressively obese after the pregnancies.  Obesity is the number one cause of type 2 diabetes.

Many: Women with multiple pregnancies are at higher risk for preterm labor with subsequent preterm delivery.  The more babies the earlier to patient usually delivers.  They need more testing to assure adequate growth of the babies becaus the usually meadsurement of fundal  heigh tis not accurate  some people might have to be transferred from a small hospital to a larger on that can handle premature babi.

on last march i received clumid tablet for multiple pregnancy i missed  april  dosage.. i got pregnant on may there is chance for multiple pregnancy?

Yes: There is always a chance of multiple pregnancies, even in natural cycles. Twins are roughly 5-6% of Clomid (clomiphene) pregnancies; triplets and all higher multiples are somewhere between 1/500 to 1/1000, though in my personal experience it is likely less than that.

Ultrasound: Since the advent of ultrasound, multiple pregnancy has become very straight forward to diagnose and is virtually 100% acurate.  If you are concerned, don't guess based on the size of your "belly".  Get an ultrasound.
