Yes: There is always a chance of multiple pregnancies, even in natural cycles. Twins are roughly 5-6% of Clomid (clomiphene) pregnancies; triplets and all higher multiples are somewhere between 1/500 to 1/1000, though in my personal experience it is likely less than that.
