Usually nothing: Mucus frequently appears in the urine. If there are no symptoms, it is nothing. If you are concerned, you can have a  formal urinalysis done by your primary doctor.

: You may have a urinary tract infection, despite having no symptoms. Asymptomatic UTI is common. You need a urine culture in addition to the urinalysis. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.

Any symotoms?: Why was this test done? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, do you have any symptoms? You may have urinary infection.

Probably nothing: Mucous threads may appear microscopically in urine with or without infection.  If you do not have other indications of infection this will probably be a normal variant.

Culture: Why was the urinalysis done?Are you on antibiotics? If not,it may be a good idea if you have symptoms to get urine culture. Amorphous phosphates in an alkaline urine(ph above 7) may indicate proreus uti. Talk to the doctor who ordered the test.Good luck.
