Mucous membrane: Often this is from an allergic reaction. If the thickening is significant, one needs to consider an infection in the sinuses.  Do note that pregnancy itself can cause nasal congestion (especially if you have never had nasal symptoms prior to your pregnancy).

This translates to jejunitis and ileitis and may result in non specific bowel pain, diarrhea, constipation or spasmodic bowel discomfort. It is important that you ask your gastroenterologist to interpret the findings in the context of your symptoms.

: In body of the report, radiologist tries to give all the findings, whether they are  contributing to current clinical conditions or not. Final  report  shows mild  chronic  ileitis which can be due to infection, vasculitis, ischemia,or medication induced.. most of the times these nonspecific  inflammation go away quietly as they come. Very complicated: This is a whole lot of trouble. Regurgitation may explain pulmonary artery hypertension. Valve repair may be useful. Brain lesions are a different problem - you need a neurologist. Muscle pain may need rheumatologist. Upper airway edema may need allergologist. Make sure you have insurance. This is clearly complicated and docs are needed to fix it.
