It is insignificant: Marrow signal reported in a MRI is rarely helpful. its significance, if any, is minimal. I would not be concerned about it. Just focus on the Meningioma.

Yes: It can be nothing. Lets take a step backwards though. There must have been a reason for getting the MRI.

A change: There is a change in the signal in the tissue that surrounds the brain ventricles. That is not very specific. For example as we get older than say 20? then this finding may become more prominent. It also depends on why you had the study done in the first place. It may reflect why you are having symptoms. To put it all together talk to your doctor.

Maybe: Ask your neurolgist who can best evaluate you. These are often referred to as UBO - unidentifed bright objects. A neurologist can clarify this
UBOs are considered an important pathologic condition, not a normal finding with ageing . UBOs are more commonly found in patients with ischemic stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage than in healthy controls and are considered a strong predictor of function

my brain mri says one small area of increased signal on flair images in the right parietal white matter- what does this mean?

May be nothing or?: Your clinical history- the reason you had the MRI- may be a clue.

Many brains show one small area of flair signal.  These are often due to headaches, head injuries, high blood pressure, changes in blood flow, etc.  They are not by themselves an indicator of much.

If you had many of these, and symptoms of MS, they could be related.  A single small area though is not alarming.
