Spasm: I am not sure of what all your symptoms are but most likely spasm. Of note this will happen more with stress or irritable bowel. It will also happen sometimes if there is days between bm or you are constipated.
See your doctor if possible. and drink much water to make sure you are well hydrated.

Start with water: Try to increase water intake and maybe also fiber intake to get a more even consistency to your stool. If having regular bowel movements results in minimization of the discomfort then this was the problem. If symptoms persist then you probably need to see your doctor in order to evaluate for other things like gallbladder problems.

Could be: you are describing classic constipation signs.  the first step is to increase hydration.  If no improvement then you need to see your MD.

Abdominal pain: Go to urgent care if can not talk to your doctor. Peptic ulcer disease, gastritis, diverticullitis , hiatal hernia and some other conditions may need to me ruled out.

11 months ago i had a baby and still feel my insides churning under rib cage; abdominal/ ovaries cramping, what could it be?

Unclear: It's unclear to me what could still be causing you this churning feeling.  If you had a cesarean, it could be scar tissue that's causing this feeling.  Abdominal cramping could possibly be due to endometriosis or inflammation in the pelvis.  Consider seeing a gynecologist and having a pelvic exam so as to try to ascertain the origin of this pain. RUQ pain.: Your clinical picture could be consistent with a gallbladder issue, like biliary colic or cholecystitis.  You could also have a duodenal ulcer, pancreatitis or even hepatitis.  We’d need some testing at this point to elucidate a cause.  Blood testing.  Ultrasound of the RUQ.  Maybe MRI of the abdomen or MRCP.

UC/ER: Sounds like you need to be seen by a doctor soon. Urgent care or ER. At the very least they can prescribe medication to ease the nausea and vomiting and make sure you are being treated adequately for pyelonephritis if your UTI is not a kidney infection.

Doctor can evaluate: On the left side are the ribs, chest muscles, the left lung, and the lining of the lung (pleura). Nearby are the esophagus, heart and arteries, lymph nodes in the armpit, etc... So, pain can originate from many places. Sometimes there is a problem in a part of the body a little farther away, but the nerves carrying the pain signals can "refer" pain to the left armpit / ribcage area.

GERD: Sounds like gastro-esophageal reflux disease . Essentially the acidic gastric contents passing up into the distal esophagus due to an incompitent  esophageal  gastric junction. The distal esophagus has a different tissue lining than the stomach and can't tolerate the acidic reflux and this causes burning sensation.
