RUQ pain.: Your clinical picture could be consistent with a gallbladder issue, like biliary colic or cholecystitis. You could also have a duodenal ulcer, pancreatitis or even hepatitis. We’d need some testing at this point to elucidate a cause. Blood testing. Ultrasound of the RUQ. Maybe MRI of the abdomen or MRCP.

A month ago had stabbing left side chest pain thought to be indigestion. Resolved in 30 mins. Still have lingering dull cramp at left ribs. GI testing all normal. In cardiac work up next week w/ stress test. What could cause this persistent feeling?
