Go see her doctor.: If it has been going on for a long time why are you concerned all of a sudden?
She needs to be checked by her pediatrician to know if is a problem or not.
When was the last time if ever that she saw her dentist for a checkup and tooth cleaning and Fluoride treatment?

Possibly Sjögrens: A primary care doc should evaluate your condition for causes associated with your symptoms.  Your dry mouth may be a result of autoimmune conditions such as Sjögren's, lupus, or other collagen vascular diseases.  Your tongue maybe come inflamed as can your gums leading to the discomfort with warm foods.  Good luck.

Which diet?: It may be due to your unnamed diet. Trying eating healthy instead. Consider Mediterranean, DASH or vegetarian diet as all are proven safe &amp; effective, which is more than can be said for commercial diets.

OP dysphagia: Oro-pharyngeal dysphagia.  This is a serious problem that requires evaluation by your doc.  You should see them soon.

Depends: You should not feel pain if properly numbed. You will still pressure, touch and vibration on the tooth. If it hurts, you should tell the dentist so more numbing is used.

Dry mouth: Dry mouth can be from many different causes.It can be due to meds you are taking, or medical conditions you have been diagnosed with, or some therapies like radation etc.If you have dry mouth and do not know the cause, discuss with your doctor and he/she can advice you.They can either change your therapy or tell you what you can do to correct your dry mouth symptoms.

Stomach pain: It sounds like you may have hyperacidity/reflux/ulcer in this spectrum of problem. Have it examined.

Mouth issues: Without more history it's impossible to think of anything in particular that does that. Acid reflux can cause acid penetration in the mouth and unpleasant sensation/taste. But that's the only thing i can think of without more history.
