See physician: If fever or chills are present you should consult a physician to screen for strep throat. Undiagnosed strep throat could lead to serious complications.

Call doctor: I can't tell you exactly what is going on but you have symptoms of an infection, either viral or possible strep. An exam is important so you can treat this if it is strep.
