Only the organisms: which grew in the culture media over the next few days. Does this mean these organisms were dominant within the wound? No. Just ones which grew in culture &amp; MIGHT be playing a roll in slowing healing/increasing the wound vs. just present. Wound cultures are rarely not + for bacteria, yet rarely definitive; just offer some clues to possibly improve educated guesses as to best treatment options.

: Bacterial vaginosis, one of three common infectious causes of vaginal discharge, result from displacement of normal vaginal flora (protective bacteria).  Your vaginal smear still revealed preservation of normal flora which makes bacterial vaginosis unlikely the cause of vaginal discharge.

: The report indicates that too many different types of germs were found to clearly indicate an infection. This finding implies contamination from common skin germs. The wording suggests the specimen sat at room temperature for a lengthy period and allowed contaminants to reproduce. If an infection is suspected, collect another sample with better technique &amp; refrigerate until delivery to lab.

Normal sputum: These are normal sputum Gram stain and culture results. How important or reassuring that is depends on much more information from medical history, physical exam, other lab tests, and probably chest Xray or other imaging. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.

Normal number of RBCs 1-3/hpf. Both amorphous urates and mucus threads are not uncommon findings and usually by themselves have no clinical significance. Overall, a fairly unremarkable U/A with mildly elevated WBCs. Urine culture to r/o UTI
