Once in a while, ok: Chocolate milk is not a copout... It's great!  but the old rule applies, : everything in moderation.  If your grandkids are having it every day, that's cause for concern because it packs unnecessary sugar.  Once a week is no big deal.

Feeding: A toddler usually needs regular food with all nutrients along with milk.  The child needs solid foods to be introduced in a systemic manner. Restricting milk to twice daily and starting food with different textures and varieties helps. Supplementation with children's vitamins is also helpful.

Possibly but...: There is evidence that girls who consume relatively high levels of dairy ; meat have earlier puberty but it is not clear if organic dairy ; meat would affect this; it might be due to the protein increasing growth hormone, but it might also be related to pesticide residues that have estrogen-like effects. No: Neither the mother's diet nor the father's diet affect the bilirubin level of a baby. If a new baby is full-term and healthy with no blood cell problems, then a common cause of jaundice is just because the natural breaking down of baby blood cells creates more bile pigments than a new liver can process. Usually by age 6 days, a newborn's liver is working better and jaundice gradually fades.

Not clear: One of the few problems with breastfeeding is that there is no dial on the breast which tells you how much the child has eaten. You can just say he sucked 25 minutes or so but that doesn't answer the question as to how much he has sucked from you. If at the end he is smiling he has probably gotten enough. There are meds which can stim milk production. Metoclopramide x 5 d freq works.

Bottle feeding: You are lucky to have helpers in the care of your new baby.  A generation of babies grew up bottle fed; a new generation is in the care of a nanny or daycare center while mum goes back to work.  When you are with your baby, hold her, talk to her, listen to her.  She will know you are her mother.  Attachment is not all about breastfeeding.

No effect: This osmotic agent stays in the gut of the mom and does not enter the breast milk to any significant degree. It can be used as needed without effecting the infant.

Great question!: Sorry, but no. Gassiness in a baby is more due to swallowed air rather than indigestible foods for which the enzymes in beano work. So even if it passed through, your baby would still be gassy. Ask your pediatrician about this, as lactose intolerance usually occurs after weaning.

Half-life elimination of Phentermine is about 20 hours.Assume you have no liver or kidney disease and you only accidentally took one pill of 30 mg then probably it is OK to resume breast feeding because it is already passed 76 hours.
