A neuroforamin: is a small opening in the spine where a nerve root passes through. A mild to moderate narrowing of this opening means it is possible to have a “pinched nerve” at this sight. This could result in pain, numbness, tingling,weakness in the area that this nerve affects. This area can be visualized by looking at the  corresponding Dermatome. It is also possible that one has no clinical affect at all.

Narrowing: It means that the holes in the spinal column where the nerves come out and go to the body are narrowed.  Usually the radiologist will mention whether the narrowing is compromising any nerves as the exit the spinal column.

Go see your doctor: But before you go, ask yourself if any recent injury or trauma that could account for this pain? Anything that makes it better or worse? Any animal/insect bites or injections that might make us think of infection? Redness or warmth? Fluctuance (softness to touch like there's liquid underneath suggesting pus pocket)? Warmth is good for infection while ice is good for injuries. Otc pain relief?

Why take any?: It is not feasible to give an estimate of the risk. I take it you are talking about uterine cervix. Please see your doctor for follow-up. If you cannot afford one, check with your city or county health department or local chapter of Planned Parenthood (they provide more than abortions!).

Unlikely.: The pain of pancreatitis is usually central upper belly and quite severe. It does not come and go, and is often accompanied by significant nausea and vomiting. What you describe does not sound pancreas related. Please see a primary doctor for evaluation, which may include blood tests, a thorough physics exam, and possibly imaging (ultrasound or CT) to pinpoint the cause of the problem.

Couldn't hurt: Back pain can be serious or benign. It could be just a muscle spasm. However, it could be worse things such as a UTI, pancreatitis, kidney stone, or many other things that would require further treatment.

: Usually there is a scale of mild-moderate-severe, so moderate is somewhere in the middle. Gluteus minimus is the smaller of your major butt muscles, and tendinopathy just means an injury or dysfunction of that muscle’s tendon.
