Testicular volume is: the measured length x width x thickness in mms of the testicle or its comparison with a standard model of the testicle.  It varies primarily by age and the way it's measured.  If the information you provided is accurate, it is NOT normal for a 34 y/o male..  The lower limit of "normal" is 20ml, the average 30ml &amp; the upper limit is  40ml. The man in question needs to speak with his doctor.

my baby is 18 weeks old.. he is on formula only he takes 180 to 210 mls bottle every 3 hours during the day and sleeps through out the night... when is the right time to start with cereals?

: At 4 months of age, baby rice cereal may be introduced. The cereal is usually fortified with iron and at this age, this adds important nutritionally value.  The introduction of new food groups may be discussed with your Pediatrician. Vegetables and fruits may be introduced first, and new food added every three days when the baby is older. Watch for rash, itching, swelling to identify any allergies

Nothing serious: Ingestion of an additional 2 ml of ibuprofen(motrin) is not expected to exert any serious consequence unless repeated.

Amoxil (amoxicillin) dose range: The usual dose of Amoxil (amoxicillin) for active bacterial infection in children is generally dosed at 45-90 mg/kg in two divided doses.  Your child's dose is just below the highest recommended amount.

Cold Meds and ETOH: 5 hours after an appropriate dose of DayQuil as you took, it should be okay to drink in moderation.  DayQuil can be dosed every 4 hours, so they effects should be gone.  Please be careful and use a designated driver.

my spouse & i were in a car accident day before yesterday we walked 7 mls home. my ankles & knees r painful, slightly swollen &stiff now. thoughts?

Expected: Sore legs after sustaining a car accident and walking that long when you are not used to, can cause such symptoms, you need to rest your legs, take a pain killer, unless contraindicated, if symptoms progress or new symptoms appear, call/see your doctor, thank goodness you are safe and survived the accident

Formula and diarrhea: Formulas are either soy based or milk based and your baby may be allergic to the basic underlying protein of the formula. Would stop that formula and see if  resolves,  May also be coincidental virus/ infection but if no fever  that is less likely.  Call the pediatrician today. Keep the baby hydrated with breast milk, water.
