Unable to hold urine: It means when the sensation occurs that the bladder is full and needs to be emptied, the patient is unable to hold the urine and it drips out.  There are many causes such as chronic infection or inflammation, abnormal neural input to the bladder, bladder stones or other foreign bodies,  etc.

: Good morning. There are things which can irritate the bladder and cause these symptoms. Pl avoid these and drink water. Empty your bladder frequently and get your estrogens checked. Get a basic urinalysis. It does not sound like anything very serious from your description. If it persists pl see a Urologist. Hope you do well
